310 SS cockpit shade recommendations?

I got a new-to-me 2015 Formula 310 SS and I'm looking for some shade options for the cockpit area when we're just hanging out at anchor. I've got the standard bimini that covers the main seating, but I'm wondering if anyone has added a removable extension to get a little more sun protection? I've seen some cool designs on other boats, but I haven't seen them close enough to understand how they set it up. I'm trying to avoid a permanent solution and would love something I can quickly set up and take down. Has anyone on here done something similar on their 310 SS or even a similar model? Looking for any recommendations, DIY ideas, or even specific products you've used. Thanks in advance for the help!

If you want a really clean look, the best way to go is to find a local marine canvas shop.
it's amazing, they can fabricate a custom shade that zips directly to the back of your existing bimini top.
It can be made to stretch all the way back to your transom and can be supported by poles or straps.
it's more expensive, but you'll get a perfect fit and a professional look that's still easy to put up and take down
