Serious leak in my brand new 2024 CBR 350!

I bought my boat brand new so I'm surprised to find a serious leak coming in through the bottom of the frame and also through a screw hole nearby. I've been trying to pinpoint where it's entering but I'm still clueless. For a temporary solution, I've duct-taped all the visible seals and corners in that area, but it's not stopping it. I'm pretty concerned because I haven't had this for a year! I'm planning to call the dealer soon but I wanted to check if anyone else out there with a 350 CBR or even a similar Formula model has dealt with a leak in this specific area? Any tips on what to look for and what's the best way to discuss this with the dealer? Thanks for all your help!

I have a 330 SS and had a similar leak through a screw hole, turned out the factory missed some sealant but definitely take photos or video and show the dealer, I'd say don't patch it yourself yet if it's under warranty

A leak like that on a brand-new 350 CBR is unacceptable especially from the hull and a screw hole. For what these boats cost, you shouldn't be reaching for duct tape in the first year....Formula needs to own this, no excuses.

I had something similar on my Formula 310, it turned out a poorly bedded cleat screw was letting water track right into the frame. Dealer pulled it, rebedded with 3M 4200, and it's been bone-dry ever since
