Anyone integrated a central vacuum system onboard?

Alright, I know it sounds like something out of a waterfront condo, but hear me out, has anyone here installed or seriously considered putting a central vacuum system in their Formula?
I've been spending more weekends onboard and realized the small handheld vacs just aren't cutting it. Between sand, snack crumbs, pet hair (don't judge, our golden retriever insists on being crew), and the occasional mystery fuzz, I feel like I'm constantly chasing messes.
Thinking compact canister hidden under the berth or in a storage compartment, with a few discreet inlets strategically placed. Maybe even a retractable hose setup. Has anyone experimented with this? also about power draw, install logistics, and whether it's even worth the hassle, or if I've officially lost it.
Would love to hear your setups or why this is a genius move or terrible idea, any is acceptable

Hahaha, I don't think you've lost it at all. That sounds GENIUS! I have seen one dude rig a mini central vac in his RV and the same idea should definitely work on a boat if you got the space and power for it. I think so long as you go with the small canister units you'll be fine. Go for the retractable hose too. :)
 
Sounds smart to me, a central vac would save tons of hassle with sand and dog hair. Power draw might be low if you pick a marine-grade unit
